The practical part.
Everything below is what the cottage actually is. Dates, rates and the full house rules live on the Airbnb listing — that calendar is the only one, so it is never out of step with this page.

Close to the things people fly in for.
- McGhee Tyson Airport
- About 10 minutes by car
- The University of Tennessee
- About 20 minutes by car
- Great Smoky Mountains National Park
- About 40 minutes by car
Ten minutes from the airport is the useful one. It makes a late arrival painless and a first-morning start on the Smokies genuinely possible.
House rules and amenities.
The full list — what's in the kitchen, check-in and check-out, pets, parking and the rest — is kept on the Airbnb listing rather than duplicated here, so there is only one version of it to keep right.
If something you need to know isn't there, ask us before you book. We would much rather answer it first.
Hickory Hill Farm, up the road.
The cottage sleeps six. If the occasion is bigger than that, Hickory Hill Farm — same family, about a mile up the road — books by the day for up to thirty, with fields, trails and a barn.
It is a separate booking through their own site, not through Airbnb and not through us.
